Yes. As it is extremely time consuming to make and mix custom colours for every order as well as design each individual cookie, we require a 1 Dozen minimum order (12 cookies).

Custom cookies usually require a minimum of 2 weeks notice. If you would like to make an order request under the 2-week window, please feel free to fill out the order form and we can see if we can squeeze you in! We always try our best to make cookies for whomever wants them! A rush service fee may be applied.

The only way to confirm an order is for it to be paid in full. If we have sent you a quote, it is your responsibility to have the order paid as soon as possible, otherwise this may result in you forfeiting your date should another customer pay in full before you.

Our sugar cookies will stay fresh for 1 week if left in their individually heat-sealed bags. Our sugars cookies also freeze very well. They can be placed in a freezer bag or airtight container and frozen for up 6 months. Allow for cookies to come to room temperature still in the freezer bag or airtight container before taking them out of their packages to prevent condensation on the icing design.

Sugar Mama’s signature sugar cookie is unlike any sugar cookie you have ever had before! Unlike most standard vanilla sugar cookies, ours have subtle notes of cinnamon, ginger, allspice, and clove. Our cookies are soft and buttery and not overly sweet.

We do offer vegan and gluten-friendly cookies. These start at $7.50 per cookie. *PLEASE NOTE: Our gluten-friendly and vegan cookies are made in the same kitchen as our standard cookies, so they may contain traces of wheat-flour, milk, butter, or eggs. Our gluten-friendly cookies are intended for those with gluten sensitivities, but are NOT recommended for those with celiac disease.

We are not a nut-free facility and can not offer nut-free at this time.
